when i did a brief ketosis i dreaded the gym. to me this is not worth it

I think "Brief" is the word here.. the first 3 days or so suck!! BIG TIME!! Now I have more energy then ever before!
I agree. Although I have plenty of energy during the day, keto workouts are just not fun. Recovery takes longer, there's no insulin to promote growth, and you're really not reaching your potential in the gym imo. Motivation to really push limits is hard to find. What's the point?
You need to carn up on the weekends at least. Weightlifting burns moslty carbs for energy.
