I decide im gonna start eating more tuna. I love it but never buy it. I am trying to lose weight still usually my day is verry busy and I eat about twice maybe three times a day. In the morning a shake or what ever solid I get usually im late for work and just have a protein shake. For lunch I get a tuna wrap from the supermaket and a tuna hoagie again around 6 for my dinner then i get home around mayb 1 to 3 in the morning form hanging with my peers I will have another protein shake befor I go to bed. I no I have bad habits but I still have been getting nothing but positive results. I get maybe 3 to 5 hours of sleeep a day. My QUESTION IS THE TUNA WRAPS IN HOAGIES I GET PRE MAD AT THE SUPERMARKET OK AND HIGH IN PROTEIN OR HEALTHY THEY HAVE ALOT OF TUNA IN THEM. I also plan to eat more plain cans to.

Doesn't the tuna have a lot of mayo in it?

If its raw tuna on wheat you are good to go. White bread isn't any good for weight loss.
