strong stuff for sure man. i have a bit of a critique though, if you don't want it stop reading here ><

in the very bottom especially on your second rep you've got a pretty nasty "monkey humping a football" maneuver where your hips tuck under you quite bad. you pretty much shut off your hamstrings then only use your quads and hunched over back to leverage the weight up. if you got your hamstrings more flexible along with strengthening your lower back (to hold the arch which keeps your hamstrings in the game) you could be doing that with 700 easily soon if you can fix that.

I honestly don't see it on the first rep but definitely let my hips get out from under me on the second. Still working on flexibility as I've put 15 pounds back on in the last 6 weeks. Lots to work on..

The plan is to do this with low- mid 7's in the next 8-10 weeks.
