What should i mix Creatine with?

i have about 1000g of Creatine Mono that i bought from GNC. i am ready to begin cycling it but i am not sure what to take it with. i heard grape juice was good but then i also have seen people bash it. what about OJ? is that a good alternative? i also heard dextrose was good. where can i get it and how much do i use?

DO NOT TAKE IT WITH OJ, that is the worst thing you could do. I recommend Grape Juice, it gets the creatine into the blood and the muscles the best. Good Luck.
