im currently bulking and i used to love soccer but gave it up, due to my new desires of bodybuilding. although i played today for about 90 mins intense for a team who were short, it was a charity game. i was knackered.

Anyhow, for my meal shall i cram in some fast acting carbs, white bread, some energy drink or shall i stick to wholewheat, i thought that i might need some fast acting food? any ideas, ive already had 2 bananas.

Sheesh if you aren't going to be doing it every day don't worry about it, it's not going to affect your muscle/fat ratios to play soccer 1 time.

hehe, seriously. I play basketball maybe 2 or 3 times a week and my gains aren't inhibited. It's not that bad.

i know, i was probably getting a little too worried, i mean as long as i dont run a marathon then ill probably see no muscle loss. thanks for the words of encouragement.
