Netural Pb and margarine spread

what brand of natural PB do you guys recommend, and where can i buy it? i looked at my container of margarine spread, and "per serving" had 1 g of sat fat and 3 gran of mono Fat.

what shoud my intake of mono. Fat be?

also, where exactly does natural BP fit into the diet?

Margerine is not good for you. It has trans fats in it and hydrogenated oils. Unless it's one of those special magerines that don't have those, I would ditch it.

Assuming you're in the states, get Adams Peanut Butter. you can find it at almost any grocery store. Good source of EFA's.
