Can anybody who is on a bulking diet and works during the day tell me what they eat during their breaks?

You should eat protein, complex carbs, and unsat fat.

Brown rice

chicken
baked potato
steak
cottage cheese

I have started cooking and taking lunch to my work place. All the people go out and I eat alone like a zombie at my desk.
I also got a box of protein bars in my drawer. Sometimes I open a can of tuna when I am desparate for attention ;). My office has a supply of granola bars and pop corn and pretzels.

I have everything cooked (that needs cooking) in advance:

Chicken breast
tuna
oatmeal
protein bars
shakes
milk
NATURAL PEANUT BUTTER
Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches
steak

Um, pretty much anything else that will fit in my tupperware :D

See my problem is besides my 30 min. lunch I only have two 15 min. breaks. What would you suggest that I eat during the two 15 min. breaks?

Do you have ready access to a fridge and a microwave?

foods marked with * are my favorites.
Breaks:
*1/2 cup Cottage cheese and a piece of fruit (approx 200 cal)
*Tuna fish sandwich (made in advance, of course) (200ish cal +/-)
*Oatmeal -nuke it (not sure, but it's oatmeal!)
Handful of toasted soy nuts (150+ cal- isocaloric)
Yogurt and anything else
rice and chicken (cold or hot)
Cold tuna salad with garden veggies and pasta
Myoplex bar
Lunch (just eat it early)

Lunch:
You know how to manage lunches.

Then your options are pretty much limitless. The key is to cook enough food (chicken, steak...whatever, just clean foods) on say Sunday night, or maybe Sunday and Wednesday so you don't take the chance of it going bad. Store in fridge and reheat in microwave :D

I'm not talking about my lunch break, I'm talking about my 10 min. breaks. I don't really have time to eat chicken breasts. Right now I'm drinking a protein shake but I need to know what kind of carbs I should be taking in along with that.

There are no quick carbs that I can think of that would be a good choice. I guess you could go from protein shakes to meal replacements, with some carbs, if that is really the only alternative, but it's not optimal by any means.

Bread is quick carbs, milk is good also. I could eat anything in 10 minutes if I had to. I have had a tuna sandwich at work on my 10 min break for almost a year. And its actually around 350 cals.

If you're a slow eater such as myself maybe a MRP would be better, I mean, you dont want get food all ready and stuff and then not be able to finish it. If you can stuff your face right then i guess your possibilities are endless

BTW, how come you can eat a potato, but not a chicken breast?

Because it doesnt take as long to chew a potato vs. a chikcen breast

Sweet potato. In short, an orange (on the inside) potato, that I believe is lower on the GI.

Pre-make a mashed mixtured, with ground chicken, rice, beans, oil, whatever. Esier to chew, and you can take in 600+ calories in 10-15 mintues no problem.
