How do you check body fat??? I have lost 2 pants sizes but really want to know my bf....cause i still do have more to go!!!:)

Calipers are going to be your best bet, unless you have access to hydrostatic weighing.

Calipers are good, assuming they are wielded by someone who knows what the hell they're doing. Otherwise you can get a lot of variance in results.
