Nice gym etiquette rule...

I swear... if one more spotter lifts the weight without being asked, I'll kill him.

It's sad, but I have to make a point of saying "I'll ask for help if I need it" when I have a spotter... otherwise some guys want to put their hands all over the weight and start lifting it almost before I've started pushing myself....
