OK, Im gonna start keeping track again.

Mon : legs
Tue : Shoulders, Tri
Wed : off/cardio
Thu : Back, Bicps
Fri : Chest Abs
Sat : off
Sun : off


My aim is to gains as much mass as possible whiles keeping as lean as possible.

Not sure of my current weight, but I'll weight myself tonight.

OK My training partner is not well ...... so I did Shoulders last night instead of legs. Im gonna do legs with him on Thursday.

Shoulders :-

Smith Machine Front press x 3
200 x 8
Behind the neck x 2
150 x 10
Side Lat (single drop set) x3
Dumbell shrugs x 3

Tri
Kicks Backs x 2
Pushdowns x 2

Did Back lastnight ... had a real quick intense session. Back feels full and sore today.

I will on main excersies .... don't see the point on others.

Had a night off last night. Just chilled. Had Fajitas for my tea ... loaded with chicken. Tasted real nice considering Im on a bit of a diet.

Im in pretty damn good shape at the moment. Probebly the shape of my life. I look hard and full. Haven't measured my arms yet, but Im sure they must be around the 20" mark at the moment.

Im gonna weight myself tonight and see what that crack is.

Legs tonight. Should be a good session.

2 x triple drop set sides
2 x rears
2x shrugs

Abs

Crunches supersetted with leg raises x 3
2 x twists

Diet goin well. Legs tonight. Looking forward to killin them.

Then Im off to pictures to see Minority Report. Can't wait.

Did legs last night and had a good session. When I was recently ill and lost weight, the most seemed to come off my legs. Stength and size. I'm just getting back into squattin now.

Did legs yesterday, but didn't do much. Im doing them again on Thursday. Only did extentions and calves with some leg curls.

Diet has been up and down as I've been off for a few days. Shoulder tonight.

It was too hot last night in bed. I was sweating and didnt have any covers on ... and I was naked. I was seeing things again too. I rememer looking at this little Alien figure I have on my dresser and it lifted a finger up the tell me to come closer ......... I remer shouting ...... "I saw that". lol wierd sleeper.

Shoulders and Tris tonight. Looking forward to a good session.

I've missed a few training posts as I've been aware.

Did Legs last night

3 x extentions
3 x squats (8 with 400 was my best)
3 x hack squat (8 with 450 was my best)
3 x leg curls
3 x sldl
3 x seated calves
3 x standing calves

Lower back was hurting .... dunno if it's because I haven't deadlifted for a while and my back can't handle 400 pound as well. We'll see. Hoping to do 10 with 400 next week.

Day off today. Chest Thursday.

I leave for the US a week on Friday ........ ARE YOU YANKS READY FOR THE YATESTER ???? Muhahahah.

OK Holidays over ...... had a great time, but it's back to work now.

I still feel a little jet lag, although I've had lots of sleep. It's like 2:30 in the morning for me. doh

Diet sucked on holiday, but I didn't really put on any fat as I must have been consuming less calories.

Did a little training ... not much.

Did a couple of sessions in NYC and some in LA and vegas. Trained at Gold's in Vegas and Muscle Beach in LA. Bill Phillips was doing a session at golds when I was there ...... he said "Hey" as in an acknolwledgement to another bodybuilder. I didnt know he was so big. Big guy.
