Ok i am trying to cut or get into bathing suit shape and have a few ?s.
Sometimes in a pinch(once a day) i will eat hot pockets how bad is that crust for me?
also i have two meals where i add fat on purpose should i take flax any way?
Im on 2600 cal diet right now and have wnet from 215 to 198 in a month and a half but all i see is a smaller version of what i was.
i eat more protein than anything else and usually have whoel wheat bread or rice as carbs and take maltodextrin after workouts is there anything im over looking?
