I'm try in to lose fat of course and i was wondering if i should not take in alot of protien... or will that help?

Without knowing your entire fat loss plan it's kinda hard to give you a specific answer to your question but as a general guideline keep your protein intake the same and reduce your carb intake. Fats should be kept moderate (20-30%) of total calories while on a low carb diet.
Let us know a little bit about your diet and training and your fitness goals and people will be able to give you more specific advice.

I am about 200lbs and am 5'8 , I do cardio almost everday and i lift like everyother day and i give myself about 1 day rest. I was planing on having about 2000 cal. diet with about 1g of protien per lb of body wieght. would that help me cut with keeping same muscle mass?
