You would need to increase daily calories or decrease daily activity (calories burned) to gain weight.
Whether that increase is 500 or 1000 depends upon your personal needs. I would suggest starting with 500, waiting a couple of weeks, then making adjustments as required.
To maintain the new b/w would require consumption of the same amount of calories that got you there or an additional decrease in the level of activity.
Chances are, if you gain lean weight your caloric intake will increase over that which you maintained with at a higher level of b/f. This is due to the increase in metab. associated with the additional lean body mass.
