Hi-
I am super duper new and I just actually started to get a handle on my diet ( hopefully I have :confused: ) but I was just wondering if anyone could offer some quick and easy to make and transport good for you foods.
I just started a new diet that
Days 1-3
100g carbs/150 g protien/50g fat total cal 1450
Days 4-6
130 carbs/150 protien/50 fat total cals 1570
Days 7-9
70 carbs/150 protien/50 fat total 1330
Basically my schedule sucks I am a tech consultant and a student on my work day I go 12-8 and we normally order food in :eek:, class days 1-9, so I need some fast, easy to make, and easy to bring with me ideas... I am open to anything...
also does anyone have any sugguestions about how to keep track of this...
