Someone told me this.. is this true?
How much is too much protein?

I dunno about high protein lowering test, but high fat needs to be defined more.
There is a correlation between saturated and monounsaturated fat and test levels. But once you're eating so much fat, eating more will not necessarily equate to higher test levels.
30% of total cals from fat is enough.
Ok, well I think i'm gonna do a 40/40/20 diet, should I change that and make it 30% fat, and drop the protein, or lower the carb?

i'm sure the fat thing is true. it has been measured. however, after 12%, u don't really see any more test increase. so, 12% is optimal, after 12, bulking has little effect
