Weightroom % Chart needed..!!!

a chart that goes from 95-600lbs. from 50%-100% in 5% increments of a one rep max. i need one for my football teams weightroom.

those things are far from accurate but just google one rep max chart and you'll find what you need.

I don't think he's looking for a rep max calculator, moreso a chart he can tell his students(?) to do 4 sets of 8 reps at 75% and they can just find their max and their percent and that's the weight they use..

only ones I can find you have to buy, albeit they're pertty inexpensive.

microsoft excel + proper formula + ??? = profit!

seriously though, its simple math. have one done in excel and print it out on a plotter (like whats used for drafting and graphic arts), not a printer. you can easily have one made for your weight room.
