One glass = 3 cups

9am - Oat Bran cereal or honey bunches of oats, with a glass of OJ

11am - Can o Tuna with 1 tbsp of Mayo. (It is the ONLY way I will eat it.) With a glass of milk

1pm - Can o Tuna with mayo, glass of milk

3:30pm - MetRX Protien Bar *32g protien* Glass of Milk

4-5 work out

5pm - Can of Tuna with glass of milk and a bananna

6-7pm Dinner, pasta, chicken, fish, beef. Any of that is the norm, along with a glass of milk.

10pm - Depending how my stomache feels, I'll have another bowl of cereal with OJ.

11pm sleep until 9.

I'd definitely increase the calories per day. Just getting enough protein isn't going to allow for growth, you have to make sure you get enough fat and carbs too. Also, your post-WO meal (tuna, glass of milk, banana) doesn't have enough simple carbs. I'd try to get dextrose/maltodextrin in the post WO meal instead.

get some efa's in there like peanut butter and flax seed oil.

Currently 160, my long term goal is 200. I'm 6'3, 18yo

I usually drink OJ with my cereal because it tastes good together.

Say, if I add in Canned chicken + glass of milk as my last meal.

Suggestions on what I should eat the PB with? Plain isn't very appealing. If anyone could add some suggestions into my current diet, that would help a ton. 8)
