I don't know how many of these have I started and not kept up with. Here's another one.
I'm 5 ft 10 175 lbs. @ 15% bf. I just got hired on as a Personal Trainer at Ballys. I will be working more than I am at my full time job.
I'm using Maki's WBBI routine.
Couple days ago, I squated 265 lbs. 8 times.
I feel as if my legs are outgrowing my upper body.
I turned my flat asian ass into a black man's ass. The women love it.
My ultimate goal to hit 180 and keep my bf% the same in the next couple months. I'm a smaller frame guy, so adding these extra lbs will be a bit difficult. My ideal goal is to be 175 lbs @ 6% bf.
