Hi Guys

just starting this and would like some assistance in a typical diet.

I currently am 120 kgs but would like to be down to 100 or even 90 can someone please give me a diet please or some ideas.

I goto the gym 3 times a week and also I play ball 6 games a week

please help ???:help: tuttut :help:

try a 40p/40c/20f ratio.. find out how many calaries u need for maintanence, then consume a coupple of hundred calories below that.. stop drinkin softdrink if u do.. and no junk food.. and drink ice water...
spread your calorie intake over 5-6 small meals.. u could do AM cardio, but you play ball 6 times a week, so that should be enough cardio.. and if all else fails theres always the cdk diet..
read through a few journals and pick up some tips on how they've planned out their diet etc
