My current stat is 150lb with prolly around 12% ~14% Bf.. not sure.
I want to get up to 170 before my Bday which is in END OF September..
I'll post something up on Diet board and Trining board which i'll start whenever i get some responses.

Specific Goals
I got 4 1/2 months before i hit my b day and i'll reach these until then..

Squats - 330lb for reps ( currently doing 255 for reps )
Deadlift - 330lb for 8reps ( currently doing 265 for 6reps)
Dumbbell Flat bench - 90lb for 8reps ( currently 65lb 6reps)
Incline BB bench - 205lb with 6reps (currently 135lb with 6reps)
Dumbbell row - 100lb with 8reps ( currently 70lb with 8reps)

I'm doing one muscle group once a week so i have 18 workouts approx.

Do u think that's reasonable?? Even if it's not.. i'll do it!.. just watch me..

Followed my diet that spidey helped me last day.
Ate 300 more kcal from carb cuz i had some JUGO JUICE .. lol

Great workout...
Deadlift up 10lb, 265lb with 6reps..
Dumbbell row up 5lb 70lb 8reps.. ( i need to up this )
V Bar Chinup - 6reps.. =weak
Barbbell row - 205lb <-- hm... i might be doing in wrong form.. i dont know.. i did only 6 reps.. so..

I'm gana up my cals each week if i dont gain 1~2lb a week.. currently eating 3500kcal...
After doing this routine for 3more weeks and gana change it to mass routine ( dead, squat, bench, clean )

As I have done many times, it looks like you set some lofty goals. It is good to have something to shoot for, but if you set your goals too high, then you chance getting either dissapointed, hurt or both.

I would lighten up those goals a bit. Either way, good luck with your goals.

It is little bit high for 4 months but i will still try.. it's better to try then just give up..

Wow!!!. While I can bench slightly more than you, your squat is pretty impressive. Keep up the good work :)

Leg Day
Squats - 255lb, 5reps
Leg Press - 600lb, 8reps
Standing Calves raises - 205lb

I've been eating like CRAP last few days..
Just for dinner anyway... Burgers, Subs, Cookies.. ah...
I better straight it out quick..
Starting Tomorrow!!! I'll do it..

Haven't updated it for a while.
Here it is

I have done Chest,Shoulders,Back,Triceps. (not in one day)

Dumbbell Bench Press - 60lb x 5reps
Incline Bench PRess - 135lb x 6reps
Dumbbell Row - 75lb x 7reps
Deadlift - 265lb x 6reps
Dumbbell Shoulder PRess - 45 x 6reps
Skull Crusher - 75llb x 6reps

Damn, my bench is not progressing.. Starting Next week, i'll Try to Concentrate in more on Form. I might have to drop few pounds and will jack up again later..

Been Eating little better.
just little bit more healthier.
eating around 3000kcal.
If i dont gain any in one week, will increase it by 400kcal

Damn i'm soo tired these days l. i dont know y..
I gotta get some rest on my training... i'll see..

Leg Press - 675 x 10reps
SLDL - 205lb x 6reps

Sweet... raised 10lb in Squats!.. only 65lb more to go!!..
It was overall good workout..

Not Good..
I feel like i'm just getting fat..
I need to drop some BF seriously now..
Will start dieting tomorrow..
Starting at 2600kcal and will drop 200kcal if i dont lose any in a week.

Calf Raises - 230 + Body Weight x 10reps

Good Good. Real Good..
Followed Plan Perfectly.
It is 30/40/30 ratio for 2600kcal
200g carb
260g protein
80g Fat

Each meal has 15g fat ( except Post workout)
and 50g protein(35g of it being animal)

Taking Vit C, CLA, Chromium.
I gotta get some fat burner.. I dont have one yet..
I was thinking of Adkinop@!$(?)..

Dam@ it sucked!!..
I was looking for Straps for deadlift but some Bastard stole Gym Strap or someting.. Stinkin Strap... So i had to do it bare hand....
After 4reps, my grip gave off and i had to stop... did 2sets anyways...

Deadlift - 265 x 4

Good Good again good..
I had some cookie..(lol couldn't resist!! ) but it's all good..

Damn what's wrong here??
I think it's Lowcarb that took all my energy!!
I was out of gas already ( i started low carb eating yesterday ) and i could not lift my usuall weight!!
I was eating 2700kcal too .. so i dont know what's wrong here... i dont think CKD really works for me.. at least since i am pretty much sensitive to the carbs...

Squats - 265 x 4

I'm going back to my old ratio... Iso Cal.. i think Iso Cal works best for me.. I stay on weight and gain strength ... = losing fat

Simply,... i blew it..!!
CKD sux so far.. and I dont think it's very healty for the guy who's growing still...

I haven't done flat barbell Bench for a while but i did today .. and 155lb 8 reps no problem!..
Dumbbell Bench Press Sure helped me a lot!!!

Flat bench - 155lb x 8
Incline Bench - 155lb x 8

Made up a new diet and followed it perfectly!,,
BTW, Soup for lunch ( more like stew ) was really goo...
mmmm.. yum..

Bought Met-rx Thermacore ...
It's combination of Caffeine, ephedrin sinica, synepherine..
heard it was strong **** but i dont seem like feeling anything.. lol..

Great Shoulder/Tris today.
Though i worked out at home it was fine..

Another Perfect day!
Substituded dinner with something else but similar contents..
330g protein
200g carb
60g fat

Fat burner
Thermi core is the ****..
I did some light cardio and i took it before, i almost passed out..
But i dont feel anything if i dont do cardio..lol

It's all good.. getting better.. I guess last squat sucked cuz of ckd.. i dont like CKD diet and i dont think it works for me...

Somehow i didn't wana eat nething... my stomach hurted and etc..
suppose my body was wanting more food because of elevated metabolic rate cuz of cheat meal yesterday..

Cuz of my summer job, i might have to purchase some MRPs but i dont know which one..
