Current lifts
Benchpress: ~255*6
Squat: ~295*5
Shoulder ~90db*5
Barbell Row: ~225*6

Current training routine:
Day1: Chest/Tricep/Abs
Day2: Rest
Day3: Quads/Ham/Calves
Day4: Rest
Day5: Back/Shoulders/Bicept
Day6: Rest
Day7: Day1

Goals for September 1st:
Body weight - 200lbs
Body fat - 12-14%
Lifts - not concerned

Tuesday, January 23rd

Diet: I never thought there could be something worse than tuna. But after leaving 3 tuna can open for overnight, the smell becomes even more rotten. @!(@$&# Tuna ****, I ate 1 so far, blurp.
Diet Update: I gave up at 2nd can of tuna. The rest was perfect, even had my vegetables!

Training: Did my shoulders, on my first set db press was 85db * 5 no spot. I gave more time on the negatives this time. Especially on my chin-ups and side laterals.

Sleep: Got to bed at 11h00Pm, not bad but not good enough.

Wednesday, January 24rd

Diet: Good so far, made 2 pig sandwitch and 1 tuna sandwich which I just ate to give me a break from tuna.
Update: Ate everything, including vegetables.

Training: Rest day

Sleep: Aiming for 10h30 - went to bed at 10h20

Diet: Out of tuna, only 1 tuna sandwitch today and 16 egg white. 100 cans arriving tuesday, should I be happy?
Update: Perfect, add an extra meal too.

Training: Chest, Abs and Tricep tonight.
Update: Training was good, flat bb benchpress on first set 225*10. Abs weren't all that good. 173lbs today, its coming!

Sleep: aiming for 10h30
Update: Went to bed at 10h20

Update: Resting was perfect :)

Diet: Everything under control so far (except for my oatmeal that exploded in my microwave).

Training: Leg day, going high rep.
Update: Good training, maybe a little too much rest in between sets. Best sets was 225 * 15 and 295 * 7 on squat.

Sleep: woke up at 9h30. Aiming for midnight again.

I didn't post anything in the last 2 days, my diet is out of control because of several factors (out of tuna, work is not routinal). The good news is I got a car now and I bought 100 cans of tuna yesterday. I plan on modifying my diet because of the mercury in tuna. Yesterday I officially saw the thickest steak in my life, 3inches!! :eek: 2 options came to mind, put it in my 'hall of fame' wall or eat it, I ate it.

Diet: 1 meal annihilated. today tuna sandwiches were replaced by steaks because of lack of time for preperation.

Training: Today is hockey night, chest day will be moved to tomorrow.

Sleep: Only got 5-6 hours of sleep yesterday, aiming for 10h30 tonight.

Again my life is out of control.. I have to drive my car all the time on 2nd gear with no reverse because my shifting stick is not responding. Training yesterday was not bad.. no extraordinary pump, did 300*1 on the benchpress. Dieting is not bad and lack of sleep.

I must find a way to bring some organization.. my life is insane. I'm thinking of upping my protein ratio. Legs are sore from saturday's workout. Did 315 x 4 (spotted on 3 & 4) and the 295 x 5-7 for 3-4 sets. SLDL was 225 * 10.

I'm almost 100% recovered from my flu. I did 225 for reps yesterday on incline.

A pig sandwich.. well its a dead (usually) pig that I put between 2 slices of bread, sometime with mustard
Well, thanks for bumping this thread.. I was too lazy to search for it..
yesterday I did chest, I did 225 on incline for like 8 reps (and I wasn't tired, I stopped cause I thought my spotter was doing the job, supposely he wasn't :confused: ) After that I did 235 for 6 reps still on incline. Then it was incline flies supersetted with flat dbs press.. I thought I could still do 100s dbs but I was wrong , I chocked on the 2 reps and my right elbow wouldn't fully extend without hurting.. so I dropped to 80s. Then I did some bicep curls.. did 115 for 6 reps on first set. Fak, Why is everybody doing 150lbs+ on curls and I'm stuck with baby weigths? And finally , concentration curls.

Here is my daily diet:
Meal 1 -
Ext. lean ground beef
~1/2cup of rice

Meal 2 -
16 eggwhites
1cup oatmeal

Meal 3 -
Ext. lean ground beef
~1/2cup of rice

Meal 4 -
16 eggwhites
1cup oatmeal

Meal 5 -
Ext. lean ground beef
~1/2cup of rice

Meal 6 -
Ext. lean ground beef
~1/2cup of rice

Sometime I take a protein shake instead of beef. I'm out of tuna so I'll stick with eggwhite until I can get my hands on cheap tuna.

Frankster, I don't slice it.. I just wash the durt off his skin
Dabomber, yeah.. I usually kill the pig by chocking it, it happened before that it had just lost consciousness and woke up while I was chewing on its leg.

Good news today is that I finally broke the 16" barrier with my arms! I almost measure at 16" 1/4 and my legs measure at 24" 3/4.
Bad new today is my lower back fuken hurt.. shouldn't have done this sldl
