View Full Version : MRPs = Insulin Spike?
I never thought about this until the other day. But the maltodextrin in Meal Replacements would cause a spike in the insulin, would they not?
... Something to think about.

Yah, that's precisely why I use MRPs after workouts, and cottage cheese, tuna, etc. the rest of the day.
I've never really had a set time to use MRPs. It was just when I was running late or whatever. I wonder if that's what didn't allow me to cut off the fat so well at the very end. Either that or I plateaued.
