Hello,
I was racking my brain, reading, researching on a good diet plan for myself.
ME = Im 6'0, 170lbs, avg. build. Don't want too loose any more weight but not "HARD BODY"
GOAL = TO BUILD LEAN BODY MASS MORE MUSLCE
WORKOUT = Weights 4 times per week./Cardio 3 times per week
SAT = CHEST/TRIS
SUN = BACK/BICEPS/
TUE = SHOULDERS/LEGS
WED= FOREARMS/CHEST/BIS
Diet Plan I came up with 40/40/20 = PRO/CARB/FAT
Plan to eat 2500 Calories equaling:
250gram Proteing per day
250gram Carbs per day
55gram fat per day
SUNDAYS DIET =
MEAL 1
2 eggs
2 rye bread with 1 tbsp honey spread
1 cup OJ with 1/tsp Glutamine
MEAL 2 (pre-workout)
1 cup special K/with berries
1/2 cup 1% milk
1 can tuna
MEAL 3
1 cup of OJ with 5Gram Creatine
1 Flax Bagel
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1/2 cup full fat yougourt
MEAL 4
romaine lettuce
1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese
2 BBQ chicken breasts no skin
MEAL5
2 rye bread
1 slice fat free turkey
1 slice fat free cheese
MEAL6
Special K/berries
1/2 cup milk
TOTAL
CALORIES = 2307
PROTEIN = 214grams
CARBS = 297grams
FAT = 40grams
These seemed like alot of food to eat in a day. Am I eating too many calorires, is my ratio out of whack? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
