Well since im 15 and growing i dont know if it will affect me this is my chart of the vitamins i get 2 much of is it bad

Vitamin C 175%
Calcium 160%
Iron 150%
Vitamin E 125%
Thiamin 125%
Riboflavin 140%
Niacin 125%
Vitamin B6 125%
Folic Acid 125%
Vitamin B12 135%
Phantonetic Acid 125%
Zinc 125%

If you are lifting heavy, I would say most of those vitamins, you are not getting enough of........You cannot overdose on water soluble vitamins(anything extra you will just piss out), the fat soluble vits CAN be bad at extremely high dosages..........

As for your list, I would take in more B's , much more C, much more E and a little more zinc....and don't forget magnesium........:thumbup:

Dont take too much vitamin C.

Your body will piss most of it out but it will also loosen up your ***** quite a bit too.

too much of anything is bad for you.

yeh but seriously, this kid isn't even close to taking too much.......You can take 2000-3000mg a day w/ absolutely no bad side effects. He says he is taking 175% RDA of vit. C.........100% is about 60mg, so he is takin about 90mg a day then. IMO that isn't even close to enough for a weightlifter.
