I just started taking nitro-tech in place of my old whey protein.
And I wondering how much of it you guys take? The directions aren't very clear ( 1 to 2 heaping scoops...,4 to 8 oz. water of milk..., 1 to 3 servings of Nitro-Tech depending on your protein needs.) I'm really not sure how much protein I should be getting. I was taking 2 shakes of whey protein before, but now I almost can't afford to do that, since nitro-tech is a little more expensive.

How much Nitro-Tech do you guys recommend taking each day?

Oh yeah, have you guys had any success with this product? All the muscle tech stuff is selling like crazy right now, but is nitro really all that better than whey?
Thanks.

I'd say use that up and get a different brand, muscletech is insanely overpriced and you can get stuff thats even better quality for much cheaper. http://www.dpsnutrition.com has 100% whey from Optimum nutrition for $27.95 for 5 lbs, thats 80 servings for $27 which works out to like 33 cents a serving.

I paid $39.99 for this. If it isn't better than my old stuff i'll be pissed.

Yeah, I need a discount, because like this I can really only afford one scoop a day.

Check the BX, PX, NEX or whatever...they have stuff there cheaper than GNC most of the time.

They have it at the commissary, which is always cheaper than the PX and it is not even close to 25 for the 4lb container.

Wow, I've never thought of checking the comissary for sports supplements. They probably don't have it at our BX though. I'm sure I would have noticed them. (Its hard not to notice 5 lb containers on shelves).
