I have been on creatine for maybe a month and a half now and I love the gains and effects im getting from it. Its great and I like it personally as of now I do not want to give it up. BUT I am having some problems and I dont no if it from taking it but I cant find any thing to link it to any thing elses. I am talking about hemroids =(.
I have been experincing hemroids on and off now for about the last month and its really anoying. i cant stand the pain some times and I dont understand why I am pretty healthy now more than I ever have been. And I had hemroids beffore but never for this long. I hope no one out there has had this that would mean its not from the creatine. I need help and advice my fellow wannabebiggers.

I have never heard of a connection between creatine and hemrhoids before.

<serious> Are you "working hard" on the throne? Maybe a little more fiber to get the logs moving? If you're not straining, maybe it's something else. Never had them myself, but from what I hear, I am very thankful. Good luck.

I just started my second cycle of creatine and I cant say I've had that happen.
I might get the runs from time to time, but nothing like that.
Sorry to hear that.

Hemmies are sometimes recurrent. Go to the doctor, have him shove a lazer in there and you'll never have a problem again. Simple enough surgery.

Hemorrhoids are an itching or painful mass of dilated veins in swollen anal tissue, says the dictionary. I don't think it's the creatine. Be smart and go see a Doctor.

a guy at the gym told a buddy of mine that he's been getting hemmers from lifting too much; too much stress or something, perhaps the increased poundage has something to do with it??
