I notice myself getting tired quickly during workouts...

Any advice on pre-workout snacks?

Currently on 40/30/30 CARB/PRO/FAT eating 2400 calories per day.

Maybe a piece of fruit to boost your glucose levels a bit for some energy and then you can burn it off during your workout.

I had a banana and cereal yesterday...

Still felt a little weak, doesn't fruit wear off quickly?

fruit is a slow absorbing carb.

glucose is fast, so it would wear off quickly.

If you are "tired" mentally, not muscularly, shoot for complex carbs like 3-4 hours prior to workout.

Muscularly I might think dextrose would replete some glycogen about 30-60mins prior. Worked on a TKD quite well.

I think its mental, I had that prob but I been pushing through it.

Yeah, actaully feels more mental. My actually muscles aren't tired..kinda hard to explain.

Ill try the complex carbs as per "wannabestrong"' advice, and see what happens.
