I've been a long time lurker but I finally have a question I know at least a couple of you can answer concerning CID. So, on refeed days I'll keep the protein and fat grams the same and increase the carbs to meet the target calories, right?

Does it matter what kind of carbs I eat? Pasta, bread, fruit, sugar, whatever?

Fat low(Personally, I keep it under 10% of my total calories), protein at 1g/lb of lbm, and carbs at ~500g or more. It probably doesn't make a whole lot of difference what the carb source is, although high-glycemic is probably better. I use a lot of maltodextrin and dextrose myself. Along with a box of Count Chocula, pasta, etc. Might want to switch to lower glycemic stuff along with some fiber--which should be minimized during the rest of day--towards the end of the evening to prevent a 'carb hangover' the next day. A moderate amount of fructose, e.g. piece of fruit or some juice, at each meal wouldn't be a bad idea either. Do a search here on the forums for more detailed explanations.
