I'm sick of protein shakes. I bought two 6 lb. tubs of GNC whey protein, chocolate and strawberry, and for a while I thought they were okay, but now I'm so sick of them. The thought of drinking one makes me sick, as does the smell. I'm sick of dropping lots of cash into supplements only to find out I can't stand them. Is there any other kind of protein powder I can get cheap and mix in with juice or something. I need the extra protein for sure, I know the lack of it is hindering me, but I gotta find something new. Any ideas woudl be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.

you could just eat meat... lots of protein there. of course, taking some meat to the gym with you to consume post-workout is not always as easy as bringing a shake . . .

yeah, I know I should be eating more meat, but like you said, it's not as convenient. I want something for post-workout that will get in right away and get to work makin' me ripped. :)
