Ok, i'm at the level now where i've got enough muscle to stand out. This is mainly because not many people at school do any weight training or anything :D. Basically, I've got quite low levels of fat around my arms, so they look impressive as they are. (Nothing compared to some people on these boards but i'm proud of 'em :D) However...I've got some fat around my stomach...I've got a '4-pack' and I think it might be nice to diet over the summer and get into school next year with a 6-pack.
I need some suggestions for cutting my bodyfat down, i've got about 6-7 weeks to do this. I need suggestions on diets to consider, how I should adapt my training etc.
Please help, I want to start cutting at the start of next week. :D

I'll put it all together for you:

Eat less calories and do more calorie burning activities. You probably don't have far to go, so dropping 1-2 lbs/week for 6-7 weeks = 6 to 14lbs less weight. 500 calories/day = 1lb of bodyfat.

just watch your calories, and you'll prolly have to cut carbs for that full six pack.
