Low I'm sure, If you don't add sugar to it. I eat them stright from the box sometimes... mmmm crunchy. Reminds me of that cartoon "Ren and Stimpy" when Stimpy used to eat his kitty litter... chomp chomp

They have Grape Nut ice cream from Chapman's Dairy up here in Ontario. A nice, nutty/malt kinda taste.

I think it's super, but my wife hates it, which makes it the perfect flavuor of icecream for me, because I know it'll always still be in the freezer when I go looking for it.

Probably not the best for those on a cutting diet tho. ;)
