hi all

How do I work out my maintenance level? Can anyone suggest a sensible meal plan. What do you guys keep in your fridges/larders etc - fresh vs canned?

Hope that's not too much in one go.

well i think im a little different thin some of the other people here, if im on low carbs all i have in my fridge is top sirloin steak, chicken breast,flax oil and peanuts...if i get to eat some carbs all i have then is chicken breast, skim milk, oats, wheat bread, cheese and deli turkey....i dont like to buy tomany thing so i eat the same stuff for alot of my meals :D

now to find a maintenance im guessing u mean calories, well just write down everything u eat for a couple of days and your weight. get a average calories u eat per day and if u gain 1 or 2 pounds u know u have to lower the calories, if u lose some weight then up it alittle...hope this helped...

ohh and freah is always better then canned ;)
