Ok, i was 230 Yesterday morning, but had not had any carbs in along while so i decided (Dont ask me why  ) to have a big bowl of cereal (Corn Flakes, 2% Milk) about 2 1/2 hours before i went to bed..

Woke up this morning (Before i eat anything) and weighted 235...

What causes this? Where did this extra weight come from? Thanks.

I go from 155-160 throughout the day... I drink water like it's going out of style. I've started my new "I'm gonna be a fatass" diet now... maybe I can pack some LBS on. Damn water weight...

It won't "evaporate", but it will be consumed by your body via daily activities. If it is not replenished, then yes, you will lose what is commonly referred to as "water weight".

drinks lot of sugar solution and not go to the toilet for a while.

as for muscle NO. not even 1 kg of test will do that with 50 amps of insulin.
