View Full Version : The potato, the almost source of carbs?

Just out of curiousity if you're seriously bulking, like going into a crazy bulk, would basing all your carbs on potatoes be a good idea? Like, bf doesn't matter too much.

If bf doesn't matter too much, eat everything and anything! MMM pizza!

That's what I'm doing. But I'm blessed (cursed?) with a fast metabolism, so its hard to get calories from "good" food.

Seriously though, people stay away from white potatos because it's high gi, and its more likely to be stored as fat. If you're bulking though, I don't see why its such a bad thing. Besides, its still a complex carb, and that's way better than simple carbs.

this is more curiousity than anything else.
