Well This looks like a good place to start!

My goal is to step on stage around July or August to compete at 170 4% BF.

I am at 169 last I checked BF I don't know,kinda scared to see.Last time I measured I was at 182 at 11% BF.
I am beggining to worry that my goal of 170 will not be met.


Today I had a good day.
My cals are at 2410
300 grms= Protein
100 grms= Carbs
90 gms= Fat

Woke Up at 12:30
Had a shake unflavored whey(nasty)and 5 grms creatine and vits
2:30-9 ounces of extra lean ground beef
5:00-7 ounces chicken breast
8:00-7 ounces of chicken breast and 2 tble spoons flax oil
8:45-9:15- workout legs and Chest(I'm gonna die!)
10:00- 100 grms pasta and a whey shake(50 grms)
10:30- 2 tblespoons of flax
11:30- off to bed
Water is at 5 litres for the day.A little low.

Well Legs and Chest killed me,went to bed at 12:00 and woke up at 6:30 am hit the gym and did tri's and shoulders.

Food is on today,I weighed in first thing in the morning,I am 171.Goal is stil 170 at 4%BF.I learned my lesson never to go over board on the bulking.I'm down 26 pounds.MY BF was at 18% at 196 at 5.9.

Woke up and hit the gym,did my dips for 12 reps with 25 pound plate around me.Aiming for 45 pound plate shouldn't be a problem with the way I designed my program.

8:00-shake and 2 ounces of oats
went back to bed at 10:30
woke up at 1:40
1:50-had 12 ounces lean ground beef and some cauliflower and 60 grms of pasta
5:00-7 ounces of chicken breast and 2 tblespoons of flax oil
7:00- same (but no flax)
9:00-6 ounces chicken breast
10:30- half a whey shake abd glutimine and my vits(forgot to take them this morning)

Whoa,longgggggg day for me today.Working a 16 hour today.
So no training today.

Woke up at 4:45
Almost felt like cheating today but evrything is cool.
Food is dead on and so is my water intake.

Just for the record for those who are reading my posts,I don't put my lifts in because they don't matter.
I can lie about them and you wouldn't know the difference so I choose to leave them out.

I'll be in bed tonight at 11:00 and will probally get a good 10 and a half hours in so I will be set to do Biceps and Hams tommorrow.Ya Baby!

I got 10 hours of sleep today.
Feel better,took a nap at work last night for about an hour so that helped as well.

Got a tan today,makes me always look so much more cut:)
Gonna hit up hams and Bi's tonight,I'll do bi's first and hams last.
4 sets total for biceps and 6 sets total for Hams.

Food is on,had a some pita's today with some lettuce and tomatoe and cut up a 12 ounces of chicken breast and put peppercorn ranch dressing on it(yum)Was kept within what I'm supposed to be eating.

Gonna be getting some Andrasol sometime in the near future,that should be interesting.

Well I took my lady out last night so i wrote it off as a cheat day.idn't do any training today.Ham sorness is kicking in,my quads are still aching from last Sunday's workout.

Gonna get some deep tissue massage done in the following week,it wil do wonders for me so I'm looking foard to my appointments.

Food is on same with water and my sleep is around 10 hours each night.

Today is a write off as well.I have been getting 10 plus hours of sleep lately something is not right.

I am either not getting enough cals in or amd not fully recovered from my previous workouts,meaning I need more time in between body parts.

These next 2 days will be good for me.

Back to the weights on Monday if the body gives me the go ahead signal.

Today I feel good,I think that my cheat days are taking me back,I beleive that I will only have a cheat meal or half a cheat day from now on.

Slept 9 hours,water is on at 1.5 gallons.

No trainig today.

Monday my food was on,I actually got a email from a friend who lended some words of advice,that being said I changed my diet.It will be in effect as of next Monday.

My new ratios will be:
Carbs 150
Protein 275
Fat 90
Total will be over 2500 cals

Right now I'm at :
Carbs 100
Protein 300
fat 90
Cals at around 2410 or so.
Did shoulders and tri's last night,whoa I'm sore!
Wayter was on,sleep was around 8 hours.

Well today I did hams and biceps.
My deads were way off,I still haven'y recovered from my last session not too mention my arms were sore from yesterdays workout.

Food is on,water on and I took a nap today.1.5 hour one after my workout.
My body is tiered,no training tommorrow.

Bought some Designer whey(unflavored) to take right after my workouts with my carbs.

Will sleep probally 9 hours tommorrow.
Need to buy some glutimine and Vit C.

I have been doing well so far,my arms seem to be growing from my low volume workouts,I'm doing 3-4 sets or less for my arms.

Food is good and I have taken out my cheat day because I eat one meal and the rest of the day I eat candy.

I will incorperate 2 cheat meals a week,maybe one.

My birthday is next week on the 9th so I will have 2 write off days due to partying.

Training and sleep are on and it is Squat day today:)

Food ratios change tommorrow,upping my carbs up to 150 grms.
Worked legs last night 5 sets and boy was I tiered!

This week is my recovery period so I am gonna be doing some circut training.5 compound exercises back to back.
Should be fun!

Food is on and water is behind tonight.
Getting stronger can't wait to to test my deadlift in a couple months.I'll be happy if I can pull 300 15 x's.

Did my circuttrainig with 5 compound movements back to back,man I almost threw up I was so out of breath.

Doing it agin on Wednesday and Thursday.
2 sets each that all.

Food sucks today,it was a write off day,I used almost all powders today to get my protein intake.Fat is on and My carbs are below.

Gonna see crouching dragon hidden tiger tonight,should be good!

My bad on the title of the movie:)
BTW movie was the shiat!,excellent movie.

It seems that my BF has jumped up a notch dueto my excessive partying the last 4 days.
Dissapointed but thats what happens.
I look bloated and flat.

It looks like my goal of getting on stage at my desired weight is slipping away.I will do my best to get there in the time I have written down.If not I will just postpone stepping on stage.

My food is on and my workouts are fine.
Today I did dips with a 35 pound plate around my waist for 10 reps.All the way down and up.Looks like my goal of doing a 45 pound plate 10x's will be reached pretty soon.
For those of you wondering why this is a big deal,cause I know it ain't that much weight, my triceps are extremly weak.

Well I did my hams and biceps today,I was really tiered since I was up at 4:45 to go to work.

Had a 2 hour nap after my workout,and my food is almost on except for the 10 chicken wings I ate.(hehe)

Water is on,my grip strenght needs to be brought up,it's limiting me in my deads.So I have incorperated static holds starting at 80 pound dumbells hlding for up to a minute and I'll move up until I feel my grip isn't the limiting factor in my deads.

3 sets for biceps.

Rest day tommorrow.

Hit the gym at 7:00am and did squats,5 sets.
Went back to Sleep at 8:00 for 3 hours.

Felt great,legs are weak now,drilled them hard!!!

Food is on,water is behind lately.
Gonna get a good nights sleep tonight.

Had a terrible chest and back workout,even though I'm terribly sore today.

Weak lifts, no energy.

No worries,today I rest tommorrow I break a record,thats how it goes:)

Slept 11 hours today,decided that since I slept so long I should stay away from the weights a couple more days.

Food is good,dropped my protein down and raised my carbs up.Same cals different ratios.

Did my tris and shoulders today.Awful workout.

I'm still not recovered.I beleive it has to with my early mornings starts at work.I sleep when I get home but still.........

Must lower volume,noooooooo,must only do 1 set till failure, nooooooooo.(sarcasim noted)

Anyways,I seem to be still leaning out when in fact I want to gain weight,it will come, this time I'm gonna do it really slow so I minimize the amount of FAT I put on.

Tommorrow,Biceps and posteral exercises.

All in due time Cack:)

Carbs have been boosted,protein lowered.
Workouts seem to be slowly improving,Hams though are taking a extreme amount of time to recover,it's probally due to the fact that I skimp on stretching my hams.

Food is getting tastier as I boost my cals up,still trying to keep em as clean as possible though.

Did biceps today,12 mins and I was done,a whole 4 sets with 90 sec rest periods.

Food is on,water great and I am not going to weigh myself until I hit the 3000 cal mark.

Well my hams are super tight which means I have skipped doing deads for the last 2 weeks and I missed my squat workout this week.

I'm doing chest and forearms tonight.
4 sets for chest,2 sets flyes 2 sets incline dumbell presses.
3 sets of static holds.

Thats all,very tempted to weigh myslef,last time I did was 2 weeks ago.

I'm still under 10% BF but as my cals continue to rise things will change.I will be content with my BF staying under 12% once my cals are up there.

Chest workout was good!

Gonna hit squats and tris and shoulders on Monday.
1 set of squats, 1 set of leg press.
3 sets of shoulders and 3 sets of tris.

My chest is hella sore today!!!!!

Diet is fine.
Water could be better.

I am now enjoying my food more:)

Diet is fine,sleep is great!
Came home this morning and fell asleep for 3.5 hours,ya I felt good.

Deads tommorrow,hope my hams are OK.
Cack challenged me,I'm not to worried about gaining weight,I know I can do it,it's my lifts I'm working on now.

Goal tommorrow,deadlift 275x10, we'll see if my hams can take the punishment.I have faith I can do it:)

Not much of a lift,but everything comes to those who are patient and work there toushes off:)

Well I failed miserably!!!!
warmed up and only did 3 reps with 275 before the weight slipped out of my hands.I was very irritated with this.

I should clarify that my goal is to dead without the aid of straps or chalk.


Grip needss to be strengthened big time!!!!!

Hams and back are strong its just my grip is likened to the strenght of a 4 month old baby!
Disrupted my flow for the day.......serenity now, serenity now!

Food was awful yesterday.

It was a mixed grip.That is why I'm very very irratated with myself.

I don't want to use chalk or wraps because if I do it won't be a accurate way of telling whether I can lift it.

They are accesories to help you lift more,I'm sure if I can dead 275 10x's with no chalk or wraps I could dead at least 20 pounds more with wraps or chalk.

Gonna start a chin program,doing chins 3x's a week for 6 sets each.

After 3-4 weeks I should be able to chin alot more.

I'm gonna bulk till December.Cals should be at around 4000-5000 by then.I'm at 2600 right now.
I will be at least 200 pounds if not a little more.
BF will be below 15%BF.

Well it's been awhile,tiered today,only slept 5 hours.
Got to work at 5:30 am so I'm up at 4:30.

Upping my carbs today 25 grms.

Total is
225 carbs
250 pro
90 fat
Total:2700 around there(too lazy to calculate)

No workout tommorrow.Workouts down to 3 days a week.
I hit my back 3x's per week for 3 weeks and then I'll focus on Squats.

Hit the weights and did well,my deads are hurting due to my injured lower back,the pain comes and goes.

Today is a liquid diet,forgot my wallet at work,so I have to survive on MR, flax oil and friut.

Wish me luck,I have my first of several workshops I have to present this Spring in the community tommorrow evening.
First one is called Abs,Thighs and Glutes,pretty corny but it was not my decision.

Sometimes I can't log in so I use another alias that I go by on the eazyboards.

My food was on today 3264 cals,I'm starving too.Thats great:) Weighed myself today,I gained 3 pounds,big deal but with this increase in cals my weight will jump.
Can't wait to hit the 5000 mark.

Did lower back this morning and hams and forearms.
Gonna hit hams and calves tonight again.
Slept 4.5 hours and then took a 3 hour nap.
I can see that I put on some weight,abs are slowly fading,just barely have a six pack now,estimation of 10.5 % BF.
Cals are on,eating clean and water needs to be kept up.
Rest day tommorrow.:)

After several weeks I'm gonna change my split and do a 6 day split working each muscle three times a week and then taper down.

Doing Lunges tonight,4 sets and calves as well 4 sets.

Food is on and I am feeling grrrrrrrrrreat.
Water still needs to be brought up.

I am going to get some Andrasol and see how it goes.I'm aiming to pack on at least 5-8 pounds with it.I talked to a guy who used it and said he gained 10 pounds while on it and only lost 2 pounds after discontinuing it.I'll up my cals while on it as well as tweak my program.
I'll be doing it around the secoond week of May.

Mac, you might want to try the andro spray from ergopharm. You only need 10 sprays 2 times a day as oposed to adrosols 70 sprays 2 times a day. Both will give you 400mg of 4-ad at that dose.

Have to skip my workouts due to work.
Food is over which is fine,lately I've been hitting the 3800 mark.All clean,well most of it:)
Doing better than last times bulk phase,at this rate I may be able to surpass my goal of 200,well we'll have to wait and see...................

Up another pound, still have abs but I can see there dissapearing. Not worried. at the rate I'm at I'll be past 200 by Sept.
Workouts are out of order, food is on and I've lowered my water intake, I don't need to be drinking gallons of water. No vits or any supps.

I ate like shiat, and drank less than a litre of water each day I was away.
I trained only one day i was away.
I feel like crap.
I had some people help me on my diet. I'm gonna lower the carbs and raise my protein.
Totals look like this, Pro:250 grms
Carbs:300 grms
Fat: 100 grms

Water will stay at 1 gallon.

Had a pleasant suprise tonight as I decided to jump on the scale. It appears that I am at 183.5 pounds with my BF at 11% since I got tested 2 days ago. I figured I would drop in weight since I cut out 100 grams of carbs and replaced it with more protein.
Got 7 months to reach 200. Which would mean at my current weight i would need to gain only 3 pounds per month which seems fairly easily. Who knows I might surpass my goal of 200 which would make me even more happy.
Bulking is FUN!

Still sick, water is at a gallon, going to train chest , calves and abs tomorrow.
Cals are at 3200.

I was lazy yesterday, I ordered pizza and diddn't cook any meals, I was lucky I got in enough cals cause I was not feeling up to eating.

Gonna start creatine today and see how that works.
Doing chest, traps and calves today.

2 sets chest press followed by seated chest press.
3 sets trap bar deadifts
2 sets calves raises setted with seated calve raises.
All to failure.

Maybe when I reach 200 life will be more exciting:)

I finished my first workout today.
Did push presses and some cable internal, external rotation for my rotators.

Tonight will be close grip bench, good mornings and calves raises.

My weight is still at 183 pounds.
Food is good and my water is on.

Well I did my 2 workouts and I'm feeling the effects today.
I decided to deadlift last night on my last set after fatiguing my back with heavy good mornings.(well they were heavy arccording to me:))
I threw on 265 and with ease lifted it 4 times.
I could have done at least 4 more times but I was tiered from my first workout.
I used a normal grip without wraps.
I'm gonna do one set of deads each week to see where I'm at.
Today is a rest day.
Legs tommorrow.

Well tonight I'll be doing Biceps, back and calves

3 sets for biceps
3 sets for back
3 sets of calves

Water is at around 3 litres.
I'm zigzagging my cals, 3500 on training days and about 2700 on my off days.
My weight is still the same.
I gained maybe half a pound.

My chest and tris are hurting and my low back and hams were still sligthly sore.
I decided to do some deadlift last night.
I ended up pulling 340.
I used to many sets to work up to this weight, I think I used 9 sets. I also was not 100% so I felt satisfied with what I did. I am nowhere near my max.
I figure I could have pulled at least 370 on a good day.
So that leaves me with a goal to pull 400 by the time I weigh 200 which is not that hard to achieve.


Food was off yesterday, so was water.
Today everything will be on.
Push presses tonight.
My goal is to push press 200 for 3 reps.
That means I must be able to do a half clean to get me to my starting position which will be the tough part.

Worked calves and shoulders last night.
Next Friday is my next deadlift day.
I'll see what I can do with a fresh pair of legs and lower back.
My shoulders are sore today from my push presses.

I did my back and biceps last night.
I have just started doing bent rows again and they have shot up 20 pounds from last time I did them which was over 2 months ago.
My goal is to do 225x4.
I see Sinep is a strong mofo when it comes to bent rows.
Weight is still the same.
Tommorrow I will be doing a am workout and a pm workout.
I will see what I can deadlift tommorrow night.
In the morning I will be doing tri's,shoulders and chest.
Total sets will be 10.

Well I ate really aweful this weekend.
Todays diet consisted soley of Mcdonalds food.

My weight is almost at 190.
I'm about 189.5.
BF is at 12-13 right now.
My food intake is going to go up.
I start my new program this Monday.
I should be over 200 by August.
I'll keep bulking till I hit 210.
Lifts are going up.

I made a bet with one of my coworkers that I couldn't reach 210 by September.

Well I am scrapping my original plan to hit 200 at 15% and go big and just BULK!!!!! That gives me 2 and a half months to gain 20 pounds. This equates to gaining 2 pounds a week. This isn't impossible since I have gained roughly 20 pounds since I first started bulking May 1st.

Today is a rest day, tommorrow it's squat day. My legs are still hurting though. Oh well, gotta suck it up and SQUAT!!!

I'm gonna track my progress by taking pics. I'll post them in December once I lose some weight from my bulking cycle. Or I can post some pics of a fat bastard.

I did squats today.
6 sets of 2 reps.
3 min rest periods, actually I rode the bike during my rest periods. I conviniently set the bike next to the power cage, hehe.

Tommorrow is a rest day.
Food is on today.
I bought mass up powder to take after my workouts.
3 scoops plus 500ml of skim milk equals 52 grms of protein, 150 grms of carbs and 10 grms of fat.
Total cals is 990.
Only cost me 30 bucks Canadian.

I'm loving this high volume. I feel great.

Today my eating is back on track. It was a national holiday yesterday and so for the last 2 days I ate 4 meals each day and used 2 servings of my weight gainer to keep my cals up. My cals were a little low at around 3200 but not overly low.
Today I squat.
5 sets of 2 reps.

Well I did my squats last night.
5 sets of 2 reps at 340.
They were not to failure but were done explosively azz to the ground. My hip extensors have grown quite strong from doing clean and jerks which I believe have contributed to my increase in poundages.

My push press which I did on Saturday was at 175 for 3 reps for 4 sets again they were not taken to failure.

I need to be getting more sleep though.
My food has been so so.
Today I'm eating 6 cheese burgers and 12 pieces of chicken nuggets for dinner and snack.
Tuesdays I work a long day so I usually skip out on my meal plan.

Too much voume.... but it ended on Friday.
Lower volume this week.
I could feel the effects.
I was constantly tiered.

I'm up a whole pound:rolleyes: hehe, shouldn't complain should I???

Other than that all is good.
Water is at around 3-4 litres a day sometimes it is at 2 litres but I'm not a huge believer anymore of massive amounts of water intake.

Well I Squatted 365 last night azz to the ground. I felt pretty good, probally could have gone heavier but I will be patient.
I only did 2 sets becuase it is low volume week.

I got extremely ****ed off today. I was talking to a patron at the gym today and he asked me how much I weighed. I proceeded to tell him I weighed 193.
He told me that I looked like I was 170. Well I wanted to grab him and wring his neck. That really got to me.

Things like that mess with my mind!!!!!

Cals are at a solid 4000.

I guess I'm not someone who you can tell that is overly muscular when I wear cloths. When I work out with friends and take off my shirt they're like .. whoa!!! Thats the only time people can really take notice.

Well I'm 195.5 now. Thats first thing in the morning.
I'm over 200 at the end of the night but that doesn't count.:(

Gonna start hitting my arms twice a week and then 3 times week.
I am not happy with the current size of them.

Today I squat, bench and do back.
3 sets each to failure.

Next week I will be 197 pounds.
My cals of lately are around 4200-5000 cals.
I'm eating like an animal.:D

Man was I tiered. I slept a good two and a half hours when I got home.
Then I fell asleep at 12:30am.

Today I will be doing bis,tris,traps,calves.
A total of 10 sets.
I think my weight of 195.5 was off.
I'm gonna weigh myself again on Monday morning.

I'm tiered.
I did legs last night.
I was gonna go for a PB on Squats but I couldn't since the cage was being used.
I had to settle for the smith machine.

I did 365 for 6 reps for a couple sets and then quit since it bothered my knees. My drive in the bottom position is getting really strong.

Tonight is bis, tris and shoulders.

My lower back is buggered due to a huge brawl me and my bros got in last week. Fooking friends huh, life is grand at 2 bills:)

I am contemplating whether I should end my bulk cycle in September or continue on for 4 more months.

Just one more month left and then I 'll cut the cals.

Several people have commented at the gym that I've gained alot of weight. Of course I can always rely on my girl to give me a honest opinion and she says I don't look 200.:swear:

Anyways, I have to keep in mind that I my appearance will change when I bulk, I keep getting comments that I've gained weight on my face. I hate that!

I worked out extremely hard last night and almost passed out and almost puked several times. I did legs and arms.
My total sets were 8 sets. Not much but I worked my body pretty hard last night.

Gotta keep reminding myself that I have only one more month left.

I think I'm gonna take a different approach to losing weight this time around. I'm gonna keep my cals at around 3800 and just add some cardio in, slowly.

I will keep my cals up until mid January.
I have a busy week so I hope I can get at least a 2 workouts in.

Finally got around to doing legs.
2 sets of squats.
325 x7
290 x7 2 mins later.
Kinda dissapointed.

3 sets of leg extension.
150 x 15 reps

Seated calve raises
2 sets using 90 pounds for 15 reps
1 sets of BW standing calf raises for 20 reps.

Short on energy today, it was a long day.
food is on, same with water.
Sleeping in tommorrow.

Well I did chest and back,tris.

Rather dissapointed with my bench. I only managed to get 255x4 the fifth Term had to help.

I did tricep skull crushers with dumbbells.
1 set of 50x6 term helped on the last one.
I'm aiming for 60 pound x5.
Oh well.

Tiered tonight. It's bloody hot here.
meals are on. I devised a new diet plan. Will be taking 7 meals in a day.
Once this thread runs it's course I will start a new one detailing all.
