hi guys... This is my first post on this forum, I like the maturity of this forum.
Here's my question, I've almost finished my 5 lbs optimum whey protein. I take it early morning, post-workout and before bed. lately I heard that I shouldn't take it early morning and before bed on empty stomach, because it absorbs too fast, therefore, 58% of it is used up as energy.
So i decided to mix it with Skim milk to give it a slower rate of absorbtion.
now here's the question, I've been reading many bb magz lately, and I've seen alotta ads that have a blend of proteins which is best for resting period, such as: pro complex, problend, Maxxon and etc.
If I wanted to buy one ultimate protein powder that has mainly everything in it, which one should I pick?
I've seen protein powders that have creatine, glutamine and some minerals and vitamins too.

If you had one choice of buying a complete protein powder which one would it be?
OR should I buy my whey again and mix it with milk to get slower absorbtion for when I have empty stomach.
thank you all

Just have milk and cottage cheese before bed and save the whey.

*** Most mags, ads and advertisments want you to believe that their blend or concoction is superior to anything out there. As simple as it sounds, just stick to food. Your wallet will thank you in the long run.
Mix it with milk and your set.
