I had my meet over the weekend. Things went well. I ended up PRing on my USAPL squat with 645 and a 683 PR with the sumo. I took a shot at the USAPL American bench record but came up short missing 502 after making 474. I ended up totaling 1801. My goal going into the meet was to break 1800 so the meet was a success.

care of a new born and very little sleep. Results and AXCEL were a daily pre workout staple and helped get me through each workout.
