first get your carbs in (liquid form), then by all means if your bulking why not?

I imagine it's full of refined sugars which ain't good for muscle glycogen replenishment, or "health" in general, really.

So it's not a superb choice, but if I'm bulking (which I am) once in a while blended wouldn't be bad?

Just curious why you are going with fat free rather than all natural or maybe reduced sugar version? I would rather have fat than sugar myself.

Because I have better options for fat, like olive oil. The fat in ice cream is mostly saturated. The reason I suggested eating it post workout is for the high GI carbs, which are in the sugar. But actually the stuff we have is fat free reduced sugar, taste's kinda like chalk, but it's definetly a nice change.
