my wife tried that crap and couldn't stomach it, it just made her sick, so she got her money back.

My advice: Just clean up your diet.

Well , I am not using it. A girl I work with is....after looking at the products and its $120 tag I figured she could get them same type products for half the money at a retail store.....but the retail store does not have any"package" that shows great results.....

herbal life works very well I lost over 40 pounds in 2 months years ago on it. but then I got lazy and fat again and went back to my opld ways. any way I would do it again but I am scared of losing muscle. the way it works is 2 shakes a day and one meal you replace a shake with a meal twice a day and choose what ever meal you want for your real food. plus about 15 pills a day on a time schedule
