I always thought that Hydroxycut and Stackers were useless fad products, but several of my "big" aquaintances have suggested that these products may be beneficial...any thoughts?

They're good for helping to burn fat, but they can be dangerous.

that was my fear, how are they dangerous? I am thinking that the Efedrine and caffine might not be to good for the heart but I really don't know if that is why they are dangerous.

well as far as I know if you have heart conditions or high blood pressure they can be dangerous for you.
I don't know about long term effects, but I personally don't care if I die 10 years early, so I take them :)

I would recommend getting the yellow label Ripped Fuel. It doesn't contain ephedrine in it. Whatever you decide to take, work up to the full doseage. You'll be shaky and maybe even nauseous if you start out at the full dose.

I never said it was gonna make you die earlier. I clearly stated that I didn't know about it's long term effects and that I didn't care if I died ten years earlier than I should because i'm taking it.
Please read better next time before you comment. :)

My understanding of why these types of drugs are dangerous is for several reasons. One the FDA doesn't do any research on them, bc they are not considered to be supplements and herbal remedies. Two I believe it is with ephedrine that they cna't determine a way to measure it. So in one pill you might have a tenth of a does, but in the other pill you might have 10 times the dosage.

the fda thinks everything is evil and that is why they try and take every supplement that works off the market, they hate the fact that everyone isn't fat and doesn't follow their reccomendations of eating all carbs and no fat. ec isn't dangerous imo, i have had no sides from it and i doubt that many people do. i think some little girl overdosed on it and died so now the fda is trying to take it off the market because in their mind if some paren'ts let their little kid overdose on it and it killed her they think that it is worse than heroin and will kill everyone that takes it. i would get ripped fuel extreme which has froskolin, which like caffeine, makes the ephedra more effective. i am going to also start mixing mine with yohimbine because it blocks a2 receptors. do a google search for "beta alpha antagonist eca clen" and you should find something explaining how it works. like i said, i dont think it is dangerous at all if used correctly.
