I was told that as long as your protein intake is high, you can get away with doing cardio twice (morning, late afternoon) a day at about 30 minutes in duration. Is this true?
The reason I ask is simply because I want to build the muscle, but I refuse to develop the gut again that normally comes with bulking. Unlike most folks, I believe it's possible to build muscle and burn fat at the same time even though if you're focusing on them both, your progress will be a little slower at both than if you were focusing on just one. But it's been working for me.
