Honestly dieting is the hardest part of bodybuilding. Too many failed attempts but this time. I will following the labrada lean body guide. Very good diet at www.labrada.com.

400 total calories per day
6 meals a day
40 grams of protein per meal

6:00pm

Egg whites 1 cup
all bran
milk 2 cups


Meal 2

9:00pm

turkey sandwich
yogurt


Meal 3

12:00 am

1/2 Mrp
2 cups milk
veggies


Meal 4

3:00am

1cup brown rice
chicken breast
fruit


Meal 5

5:30am

turkey sandwich
yogurt


Meal 6

8:00am

1/2 Mrp
2 cups milk
veggies

Presto! i work the night shift and i have all my meals made up. I'm seriously going to do my best to stick with this diet.
