just wanted to say that the dutch chocolate is tasty. Better than chocolate mesotech. Good texture too

Good texture?? Are you kidding? This is the most watery MRP I have ever tasted... It's like dinking a glass of flavoured water.
Thick and creamy does it for me.

Thick shakes make me gag. I love the Labrada MRPs.

Although I wouldn't call LeanBody really thick, I wouldn't call it watery either. I think that Isopure, Fuel Plex, and MyoPlex all turn out much more like flavored water than LeanBody.
I like thicker shakes as a regular meal replacement since they feel more "satisfying," but post workout, I prefer a more watery shake.

myoplex turns out like flavored water?

in what world is this?

i agree with you on isopure tho.

I take back what i said about the lean body. I took half the pack with two cups of milk. During the night shift at work I felt like i had daggers going into my chest. That could be anything i guess though.

Do any of you realize that the thickness is dependent on how much fluid YOU add to the bloody mixture? Gee if it's not thick enough try adding LESS water or LESS milk. I guess that is a bit technical and needed to be pointed out.

Anyway, I use the tropical pack of Labrada Lean Body MRP and I have tested all the flavours on all picky non-gym people and they loved the taste as if it was just a regular shake you'd buy at a store...they taste great. I never tried the chocolate before though...

I love 'em, only because I put 3 scoops of Nlarge in the shake mix with my MRP post-workout, and if I use myoplex or any one of those gum-loaded shakes, no matter how much water I add it has the texture of pudding.

Yeah, but if I've got to add 32 freakin' ounces of fluid so the thing is thin enough, then I'm not even gonna be able to drink it all. So, it DOES matter.

Beside, Met-Rx would be lumpy no matter what the hell you do to it.

I dunno...I only use labrada and it's never been anything but smooth...and that's even with using a little moterized hand mixer at work at times. Whenever I make the strawberry kiwi one people are always wanting to try it as they smell it from all over the office. :D
