chicken fillet nutritional info

hi all...i can't find the nutritional info for an oven roasted medium sized chicken fillet on fitday. Does anyone know the info for this?

Hey tank, is it breast meat or what? If it's breast meat then fitday has it under:

Chicken, breast, with or without bone, broiled

If it's pre-packed filet's at the store, then you'll need to read the packaging cause it could be thigh meat (higher fat), have skin or not mixed in etc.
