I was given a bar this morning by my Mom. I know there are bars that have more protien and less carbs but these bars taste great. They are really as good as a candybar.

No kidding, these bars are like $4.50 EACH in the mall near my house, talk about mark up city...HOLY SMOKES!:mad:

They're good but for some reason they make my teeth hurt when I bite into them... too sugary, but I'd rather go through a little tooth ache at first bite and have a few extra carbos than eat some of those other protein bricks on the market.

Nitrotech (or something that sounds like that) is the way to go. 25g of protein, 4g of carbs.. and damn they are the best tasting thing ever (least the strawberry and chocolate).. I feel like I'm cheating when I eat them.

Too bad they cost more then any other by 2 dollars.

protein plus is actually low in carbs well the carbs are only sugar alcohols correct me if im wrong
