GREAT! So next time your trying to pull a fast on on the columbians, no more guilty conscience!
Actually I would think other ingredients would introduce carbs into the end product somewhere along the way.....and I can't remember the last time I used flour, honestly.

Where did you hear that they were "coming out with it". That sounds too much like something you'd say about the latest computer, I didn't realize food really had realise dates.

pam = fat free oil, eh?
I'd rather be a % BF higher than die from whatever chemicals they use in the stuff to make it carb free.

I saw this on our local Toronto news station. Said it was in the making, not sure of release date. Needs approval etc...
Not too many details though....

Remember Olestra? I do. My toilet does.
My gastrointestinal system and I are just now beginning to be on speaking terms again. I told it that I was young and stupid and just trying to experiment with new things. I even promised it would never happen again. Roses didn't even help. You try sleeping in seperate rooms from your colon...

Pam isn't fat free oil , lol.......it's just regular olive oil(sometimes canola)..........It says fat free because a serving size I believe is 1/16 of a second spray. That's still not fat free, but at such a small amount, it's less than a gram, so they are allowed to round off and say there is 0g of fat.
