This is my current cutting diet......

meal1---Bowl of oatmeal and WHEY Protein shake--Flax OIL
meal2---2 peices of boneless chicken and veggies
meal3---5 egg whites with 2 sausages
Meal4---WHey Protein with Peanut butter
Meal5---2 Chicken breasts with little veggies
Meal6---4 egg whites with 1 sausage.

What do you think... What can i change????

That looks like a good diet to me, how many total cals are there?,

How many cals? How much carbs, pro and fat?

Just from looking at it, looks like you're going the low carb route, make sure the fat intake is up there.

when the fat stops coming off try dropping the shakes and switching to whole foods. Looks like you're pretty lean already if that is you in your avatar.. but just a suggestion also what kinda sausage?? most of the sausage I know isn't so high in protein but high in saturated fats or I could be wrong.
