Ok maybe not 10w30. I have read peoples daily menus and a lot of them are adding olive and flaxseed oil. Why is this important? If I were to add this to my diet, what kind of olive oil and how should it be taken, straight or mixed?

Thanks,
Jerry

A high lignan flax oil is excellent. Good for a ton of purposes.

10w30 is ok too, but for me I like 0w30-5w30 synthetic. Tastes better.

I wouldn't cook with flax oil, but cooking with olive oil works well. I'd suck down some flax in any case.

Fish oil caps make me burp fish odours all day.
Is it necessary to have more than flax i.e olive, flax and fish oil in one day?
Does flax cover the others or not?

Fish oil is the best source for EFA's.....

Fish oil caps make me burp fish odours all day.

LoL, that can't be pleasant.......this doesn't happen to me, drinking liquid flax definately burps up a few times though......

As far as olive oil goes, this is basically just to get extra fat into your diet. I don't even take flax anymore, just fish oil for EFA's and then some EV olive oil for extra healthy fats(which is much cheaper than flax).
