Is there any problems with eating lots of yogurt? I eat about 8-10 lbs every 5 days vanilla and I add fruit to it I love that sh**.

Lowfat would be a good option if you eating that much, also isn't there loads of sugar in the stuff?

i think this has been talked about before, the sugar is fructose and natural like from milk. check some of the previous posts.

The sugar in milk is lactose, not fructose.

sorry, but i was thinking of the fruit contained in some yoghurts, that would be fructose, right?

Vanilla flavored would probably have some high fructose corn syrup as well tuttut If by vanilla you mean plain though, go for it!

Flavored yogurt = bad
plain yogurt with stuff you add yourself (i.e. blueberrys, strawberries, etc. = awesome!
