First time doing maxes in quite a while, 405lb for the deadlift and 335lb for the squat. Video angles arent that great, but any sort of contructive criticism is greatly appreciated as I am always trying to improve. Thanks guys

Congrats on the PRs! As for critique, you really hyper-extend on the deadlift. That could just be because it was a PR and you were happy to get it up, but you don't want to get into that habit.

Thanks! Yea I did notice that after watching the vid, normally I dont do that (at least I dont believe I do). Appreciate the advice and will definitely keep it in mind next time.

I think all that motions are almost good.
hyper extension deadlift is great.
and fighting for 335 squat is so impressive.
